Got an amazing package from Mishka today...!
You know, I have a much, much greater appreciation for the themes behind what these guys put together after meeting them in person and seeing the space they work in. You really get the feeling from them that they just sell the clothes as a means to fuel their various artistic and creative obsessions, and I can't help but respect that.
A couple of months ago I met this guy who owns a shop in Louisville called Ultra-Pop. He was this normal looking joe, but he was completely decked out in Mishka gear. I struck up a conversation with him, and he went off for literally a half an hour about why he loved Mishka's absurdist pop-art tendencies so much. It was really pretty fascinating to listen to him talk about it in such incredible detail. I need to get down to L'ville and hit up his shop sometime soon...

you do need to come to louisville, hit up his shop, and get at me, we ride quite a bit, and ultra-pop is awesome. I would go broke if I could buy stuff as often as I want.
Next spring it's on! If there are any events going on down in L'ville, make sure you let me know...
Will do man. You posted about the alleycat my friends put on this year! We had 70+ riders show up. I'll keep you updated for sure. If you're ever in town otherwise hit me up.
