The P.U.M.A. "urban vehicle" by General Motors X Segway. It runs on a battery, turns on a dime, and will probably cost about $400,000 if it ever manages to hit the market (which it most likely won't). Nice to know that the $25 billion GM received from the government as a bailout is being used to develop these things...
